Uğur Boğday graduated from the Department of Economics at Istanbul University in 1997 and completed his MBA at Yeditepe University in 2001. He began his career in 1998 in the Research Department at Koç Yatırım and later held Group Manager roles at Koç Portföy, Yapı Kredi Portföy and Garanti Portföy in the Free Funds, Pension Funds and Private Portfolio Management divisions. Between 2015 and 2024, he served as General Manager at Ziraat Portföy and Ziraat Yatırım. Boğday holds Capital Markets Board (SPK) Level 3 and Derivatives licenses and currently serves as the Chair of the Board at BV Portföy.

Zeynep Özgür Çağlayan graduated from Bilkent University’s Department of Economics with a bachelor’s degree (2007) and a master’s degree (2009), and began her professional career in the Treasury team at Turkcell. Having held strategic roles in Treasury-ALM at TEB and at Odeabank, Çağlayan has expertise in investment products management, market research, and client relations. She holds Capital Markets Board of Turkey (CMB) Level 3 and Derivatives licenses and is proficient in English.

Hakan Çınar is a graduate of the Economics Department at Boğaziçi University. He began his career in the Treasury Department of the Industrial Development Bank of Turkey (TSKB). He later held managerial roles in the fixed income securities departments at Yapı Kredi Asset Management and Garanti Asset Management. He holds Capital Markets Board (CMB) Level 3 and Derivatives licenses, and has an advanced command of English.

İlkay Öztürk is an investment professional with over a decade of experience in bank treasury and asset management. He has worked on the management of fixed income, commodities, multi-asset and equity strategies across mutual funds, pension funds, and discretionary portfolio management. His work focuses on quantitative research, risk management, and the real-world implementation of optimal asset allocation models. A graduate of Özyeğin University with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering, he also earned an M.S. in Financial Engineering and Risk Management from the same institution, where his thesis examined momentum in the bond market and the impact of Turkish Treasury auctions.

Didem Ozer, a graduate of Gazi University with a degree in Economics, began her career in the finance sector as a Retail Customer Representative at Fortisbank. Following her extensive experience in private banking, with a strong focus on client relationship management and investment advisory, she has been serving as the Director of Sales and Marketing at BV Portföy since March 2025. She holds Capital Markets Activities Level 3 and Derivatives Licenses, and has expertise in investment products, portfolio management, and capital markets.

Melih Metin, a graduate of Department of Econometrics at Dokuz Eylul University, has held roles in the capital markets divisions of İş Investment and Garanti Investment, and served as a Portfolio Manager in the Private Banking Department at Odeabank. He holds Capital Markets Board Level 3 and Derivatives licenses, and possesses advanced proficiency in English.

Onur Toraman has nearly 20 years of experience in the financial sector, with expertise in corporate banking, investment solutions, and client relationship management. He began his career in sales at HSBC, and later held roles at Albaraka Türk, DenizBank, and Odea Bank, where he worked in commercial and corporate banking, focusing on portfolio management and the development of financial solutions. As the Corporate Sales and Marketing Manager at BV Portföy, he focuses on managing relationships with corporate and qualified investors, strategically positioning portfolio management products, and developing sustainable partnerships. With a selective expertise approach and a technology-oriented perspective, he contributes to the company’s growth strategies.

After graduating from the Faculty of Economics at Marmara University, he began his career at Türk Ekonomi Bankası. He has held various roles in the banking sector at different institutions, including Retail Banking Sales, Regional Sales Management for Retail Banking, Private Banking Sales, and Investment Products Management. He holds Capital Markets Board (SPK) licenses issued by the Capital Markets Licensing Registry and Training Agency (SPL) at Level 3 and in Derivative Instruments.

Can Özçelik is a graduate of the Mechanical Engineering Department at Boğaziçi University. He later completed an MBA in Banking and Finance in Italy, as well as a Master's degree in Financial Engineering at Boğaziçi University. He began his career as an analyst in the research department at Raymond James and continued in similar roles at BGC Partners and Ak Yatırım. He also managed equity funds at İş Portföy and Ak Portföy. Can holds the Capital Markets Board’s Level 3 and Derivatives licenses and is fluent in English.

Abdullah Yılmaz earned his bachelor's degree in Capital Markets from Marmara University in 2010 and completed his Master’s in Financial Engineering at Özyeğin University in 2020. He began his career at İş Yatırım in 2011 and went on to hold managerial roles in the Treasury departments of QNB Yatırım and Halk Yatırın. In 2023, he worked as a Quantitative Analyst at Liquidity Trading Inc. He holds Capital Markets Board (CMB) Level 3 and Derivative Instruments licenses, and is fluent in English.

Deniz Başkaynak has over 25 years of experience in investment banking and asset management. He began his career at Pamukbank in 2000 and later held senior roles at Anadolubank, Garanti Bank, and Halk Yatırım, where he managed private portfolios and multi-asset funds. Between 2012 and 2018, he held various managerial positions across investment firms, followed by his role as Investment Management Manager at Fiba Asset Management from 2018 to 2025. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Ankara University and an MBA from Başkent University. He completed his PhD in Neuroscience at Üsküdar University with a dissertation titled “The Impact of Genes on Financial Risk-Taking and Profitability”, and received the title of Doctor of Neuroscience. Continuing his work and research in the field of Neurofinance, he joined BV Portföy in August 2025 as Portfolio Manager.

Emel Demirsal, a graduate of the Business Administration Department at Istanbul University, started her career at Tacirler Investment and continued working at various portfolio management companies. She served as the Internal Control Manager at ING Portfolio Management. She holds Capital Markets Board (CMB) Level 3 and Derivative Instruments licenses, and has advanced English proficiency.

Ferda Taşdelen, who holds a Master’s degree in Banking from Marmara University, has worked as an Operations Officer at companies such as Citibank, Işık Fx, and Hedef Portföy. She holds Capital Markets Board (CMB) Level 3 and Derivative Instruments licenses.

Tijen Korkmaz, a graduate of the Economics Department at Kütahya Dumlupınar University, worked at Garanti Bank as a Customer Representative and later as a Private Banking Operations Supervisor. She holds a Capital Markets Board (CMB) Level 1 license.

A graduate of Marmara University with a degree in Banking, is an assistant specialist in fund operations and accounting.

She graduated from Sakarya University, Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations. She has worked at Icrypex as a Treasury and Operations Assistant Specialist, as well as an Accounting and Finance Specialist.

Korkut Yılmaz Yıldırım holds an associate degree in Banking and Insurance from Afyon Kocatepe University and a bachelor's degree in Econometrics from Dokuz Eylül University. He worked at Odeabank as an investment customer representative and a specialist in derivative operations within treasury transactions. He holds a Capital Markets Board (CMB) Level 1 license.

After completing an associate degree in Computer Programming, he earned his bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Business Administration. He began his professional career in the private sector as an IT Specialist. Over the course of his 13-year career, he has spent the last 7 years working as a System & Network Manager at Joygame, a gaming and technology company. Additionally, he holds the position of Information Security Manager at BV Portföy.
